The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore Rio de Janeiro. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, with wooden floors and high ceilings adding to the overall charm. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including an omelette station and even sparkling wine. The staff were friendly and accommodating, awesome for a late check-out and providing shower facilities before our departure.

Beautiful suite with luxurious furnishings and a ceramic terrace. Lovely breakfast and fine pool lined by birds of paradise. Great location in a vibrant central district, perfect for nightlife and exploring the city.
Language barriers when ordering room service. Some staff members were rude and attempted to scam guests with additional charges.

The hotel's location is very convenient, as it is very close to the supermarket and easily accessible by a standard yellow cab. the staff speaks English in the restaurant, making it easier for international guests to communicate. The hotel is also located near main attractions, allowing guests to easily explore the city. The rooms are well-equipped, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of tasty food, ensuring guests start their day off right. the hotel provides various facilities, such as a pool and helpful staff, adding to the overall positive experience.
One negative aspect is the lack of an outside bar open on an evening, which limits guests' options for enjoying a drink in the lovely garden area.

The breakfast was really good with a wide variety of options. The pool was very nice and a great escape from the city. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is excellent, highly recommended!

The pool area at Vila Gale was fine. I loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The pool bar staff were attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The pool itself was crystal clear and inviting. it was a great place to relax and unwind.

We had a great time here. The location was perfect, close to all the tourist attractions. The staff at the reception desk were super friendly and helpful. The spa and pool area were fantastic. We enjoyed the sauna and steam room. The back massage was amazing too.
We highly recommend this place to our friends.
